Day 1

Today was the first day! So far I love how everything is going. All of the people I'm living with and working with are great, and I think that awesome things are going to come out of this summer. I'm living at Whistler United Methodist Church in a big room with 5 other sweet girls, and I lucked out and don't have to sleep in a bunk bed, hah. I will also be working here at Whistler with the Kids' Camp that three other interns and I will host three days a week. Mondays the three of us get to decide what we want to do, like working with other people in the community or something like that. Whistler was actually my third choice for working assignments, but I'm excited about it and think that things will work out great. For now, it's time for to me to get ready to sleep though. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring! :)
